Last month saw the sale of an eye-watering 40mn euro villa located in Marbella’s upscale Sierra Blanca development with unmatched views over the Mediterranean Sea. This, I believe, sets a new sales record. You can read here the full story. The new owner bought it from a British developer.

Now that Brexit is done and dusted, buyers are once more looking at property in Marbella with a renewed interest. A worn-out real estate trope is that location is king. And Marbella, and the Costa del Sol, have it all. Whether you love playing golf, or you are a nocturnal party animal, fancy the beach, or simply enjoy a quiet and relaxed evening with friends al fresco sipping some fine Spanish wine, Marbella has it all.

Buying property in Marbella is not only about amenities and capital appreciation, it’s about quality of life. Marbella encapsulates like no other place the joie de vivre. Any self-respecting bon vivant will find themselves at home in Marbella.

If you have discerning tastes and enjoy the finer things in life, Marbella is the place to be, and the place to be seen. Marbella, it’s the quality of life.
